22nd October 1915: Diary

Fri., Oct 22, 1915 Gibraltar Farm

  Two hundred & fifty men from. Squadrons. detailed for working parties 200 to report C.I Bdg H.Q. N33. D-4-1. & to work with 3rd field Company.  Also 25 All ranks. to report at Cross Roads T15 B5-5 Sheet 28. under the Cmnd of Lieut Sweeney. other troops not employed on working parties consist of Transport, Shoeing smiths, Staff & Machine Gun Section.
  The Regiment now has a permanent Bombing Section made up of men who have undergone a course of Bombing at Brigade School of Instruction[*].  Col Bott decided to form this small section to enable men to keep up their practice
  Health of troops good.  Very little sickness amongst horses.
